Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States.

After your order is confirmed, it takes up to 72 hours to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours to receive this email. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Please note that inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified order details, may delay processing by an additional 1–2 business days. We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid any possible delays.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide whether the package is safe to leave in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package (such as a work address or a friend's address).

  • United States — USPS, 2–12 Business Days (USPS Tracking)

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed (this can take up to 72 hours), and a second email once it has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If there's a problem with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update but you'll still receive your order — please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Because we work to process and ship orders quickly, there is only a very small window to cancel, change, or update the address on your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at info@revotin.com as soon as you place your order. We'll do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it, as the order may already be processed by the time we receive your request.

If it's too late for our team to make changes, the only option is to wait and see whether the package is returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can either reship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.

Returns

By placing an order with Revotín, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to return your package.
